Due to the digital nature of our embroidery designs, all sales are final; however, we are committed to ensuring your success and will provide technical support for any file issues. For physical notions or kits, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Purchase Type

  Determine if your item is a digital download or a physical product, as digital files are non-refundable once downloaded.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place physical items back in their original packaging and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned physical goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
